Application for accommodation contract
Article 2
A person who intends to apply for an accommodation contract with this facility shall notify this facility of the following particulars:

(3) Accommodation date and estimated time of arrival
(4) Other matters deemed necessary by this facility

When the application in the preceding paragraph is made, the accommodation charges displayed on this site by this facility (including basic charges, additional charges, extension charges, and all other charges related to accommodation. ) and the content of the cancellation fee will be deemed to have been applied.
Establishment of accommodation contract, etc.
Article 3
The accommodation contract shall be deemed to have been concluded when this facility has accepted the application in the preceding article.
When an accommodation contract has been concluded in accordance with the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the guest shall pay the accommodation charges stipulated in the accommodation contract by the date designated by this facility.
If the guest does not pay the accommodation charges set forth in the preceding paragraph by the date designated by this facility, this facility may cancel the accommodation contract.
In the case of the preceding paragraph, the guest shall immediately pay to this facility an amount equivalent to the cancellation fee stipulated in paragraph 2 of the preceding article as a penalty for breach of contract. Refusal to conclude an accommodation contract
Article 4
This facility may not accept the conclusion of an accommodation contract in the following cases.
When the application for accommodation does not comply with these terms and conditions.

When it is recognized that the person who intends to stay is likely to act contrary to the provisions of laws and regulations, public order or good morals in relation to accommodation.
When the person who intends to stay is involved in various organized crime groups as stipulated in the Act on Prevention of Unfair Acts by Gang Members. In addition, when it seems that you are involved in a group or organization that conforms to it.
When the person who intends to stay has had a delay in payment or has had other troubles with this facility in the past.
Violence, threats, blackmail, unreasonable demands, gambling, possession or use of prohibited drugs, acts that significantly inconvenience other guests or nearby residents, and other acts that violate laws, regulations, public order and morals. when there is a risk of
When the person who intends to stay is clearly recognized as having an infectious disease.
When a violent request is made regarding accommodation, or when this facility is asked to bear a burden that exceeds the reasonable range.
When accommodation cannot be provided due to natural disasters, facility failures, or other unavoidable reasons.
In addition to the above items, when this facility determines that there is an inappropriate reason for accepting the application of this contract.
Cancellation or cancellation by the guest
Article 5

Cancellation by this facility
Article 6
This facility may cancel the accommodation contract in the following cases.
(1) When the lodger commits an act contrary to laws, public order, good customs, or these terms and conditions regarding accommodation, or when there is a risk of such act.
(2) When the guest falls under or is likely to fall under any of the following a to c.

2. Cancellation in accordance with the preceding paragraph shall not prevent this facility from claiming damages against the guest.

Article 7
The guest shall report the following matters at the facility on the day of accommodation (or the first day of stay in the case of consecutive stays).

(4) Other matters deemed necessary by this facility

Room usage time
Article 8
Guests can use the facilities from 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m. the following morning. However, if you stay consecutively, you can use it all day except for the day of arrival and departure.

Guests are required to comply with the usage rules separately established by this facility or the usage rules provided.

If the guest leaves the facility after checking out or without checking out, the guest shall be deemed to have renounced the ownership of the items brought by the guest etc. that remain in the facility. Storage of guests' luggage

Article 15
